Cash Prizes for Each Category!

Abstracts for the 2010 QUAD Symposium meeting are now being accepted.  A total of 12 posters will be chosen from the entries to enter the competition.  Two cash prizes will be presented for each category ($200 & $100) and registration to the Quad will be free! Posters will be judged on abstract content, knowledge of material, and appearance. 

 

Please attach a copy of your abstract to this completed form and send it to the poster coordinator. You will be notified via email by April 30th if your poster is chosen to enter the contest.

 

ABSTRACTS DUE BY APRIL 1, 2009

 

CRITERIA:

a) Size limit- 4’x8’

b) Poster should include: title, authors, affiliation (institute), abstract, methodology, results and bibliography.

c) Recommended minimum of 25 handouts available during poster hours.

d) 4 typed copies of poster to be given to Poster Coordinator prior to judging.
